Are Minors accepted?
People under the legal adult age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Is your campsite accessible for disabled people?
Yes, our wash block has special toilets and a shower and communal areas such as the pool and bar are accessible.
We do have a 4 berth 2 bedroom Cottage*** which is fully equipped and adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Can you put up an extra tent next to the Chalet or Mobile home?
Even if the pitches are big enough for that, for insurance reasons we cannot add another tent to the pitch, except if the number people does not exceed the maximum number for the Cottage.
Does my baby count as one of the people staying?
Yes, babies are counted when checking the capacity for a property. The maximum number of people staying in the Cottage must not exceed the number mentioned in the property description.
E.g. We cannot accept you in a 5 berth property if there are 6 people in total.
The booking service can also recommend properties suited to the number of people coming.
How do I get to the campsite?

What are the arrival and departure days?
Arrival and departure days are not fixed by the campsite, you can arrive and leave on any day of the week.
The minimum stay is 2 nights in a Mobile home (7 nights in July/August).
For the camping pitches there are no fixed arrival or departure days.
What are the opening dates of the campsite?
Our campsite as well as all the amenities: (Grocery store, Bar, Entertainment, Pools, Sauna, Fitness Room….) are open from 8th April 2017 to 03th September 2017.
When will I receive confirmation of the booking?
Every booking option is registered as soon as your call is received or booking made via the internet.
A confirmation option is then sent to you by email or by post within 48 hours.
You have 7 days to confirm the option by sending us your 25% deposit.
How do you make a booking?
You can book your stay:
- On our website by filling in the Booking Form online. The booking is rapid and payment by credit card is protected
- By phone calling our booking service on 00 33 (0)2 98 82 23 89
In all cases the following information will be required from you:
Surname, First name, date of birth of each person, address, telephone number and the dates you wish to stay. The booking becomes effective and binding after confirmation from the Village and upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
What is a pre-booking?
Book now your favourite destination for next season without obligation and benefit from the promotional offers.
A definite confirmation will be sent to you during December with the prices operative in 2017. You then have 10 days to modify or indeed cancel your booking without charge.
You thus optimise your chances of coming to the place you have really decided on without risking being let down with an availability problem.
Can I reserve a baby cot and/or a High chair?
We offer a rental service for cots and High chairs.
The reserving of a baby kit must be sorted when booking.
Price: Free for the 4 Star and Premium Cottages
2€ per item per night for the 2 and 3 Star cottages making 4€ per night/per kit.
Can I reserve and hire sheets?
We offer a sheets, pillow cases and towels hire service.
Hire of household linen must be sorted when booking.
Price: from 12€ per kit
For 4 Flower and Premium properties sheets and towels are provided.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted in all of the rental properties. Please check the property of your choice to see if a pet is allowed or not.
We accept pets upon presentation on the day of arrival of an up to date vaccination booklet (Category 1 and 2 dogs forbidden. NAC (exotic) pets are also forbidden)
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Price: 5€/per pet/per night
Are barbecues allowed?
Yes, barbecues are permitted.
All properties offered directly by Yelloh Village l’Ocean Breton are equipped with a charcoal barbecue.
Is there Wifi internet access on the campsite?
There is free WIFI access in the bar, as well as in certain Cottage there is paying access. Please ask one of our staff directly on arrival.
Is there a television in the Mobile homes?
It is possible to hire a television in certain Cottages by booking in advance and depending upon availability: Price: 5€ per night.
TV and WIFI internet are included in the PREMIUM Cottages.
Are there supermarkets/other shops nearby?
We offer you a grocery store onsite to make life easier, offering all daily produce.
You will also find, just 1 minute from the site, a supermarket, a 24hr petrol station and all the local shops.
Just 500m away there is a large Super U supermarket.
What costs are included in the total price?
Our prices include your usage of water, electricity and gas, the parking of a first vehicle (next to your property), entry to the pools, Fitness Room (deposit required), Sauna, Multi-sports area (except the tennis court), children’s play area, the entertainment (except when otherwise stated: bingo, evenings with meals, sports activities subject to a supplementary charge).
What costs are not included in the total price?
- The Tourist Tax (modifications of the tax level may be made during the season)
- Supplements (baby kit, TV…)
- Water sports activities
Do I have to pay Tourist Tax?
Yes, the Tourist Tax is compulsory for each person over the age of 18 years old.
Price: 0,44€ per person/per day for those over 18 years old
Modifications of the Tourist Tax level may be made during the season.
Has my payment been received?
If we have not received your payment, we will automatically send you a reminder. 4 weeks before the start of your stay and after receiving the balance of the payment, we will send you a booking voucher that you will have to hand in when you arrive at Reception. This will be accompanied by a sheet of useful information.
How can I pay for a last minute stay?
If you booking is made less than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, the total cost of the stay becomes immediately due.
If the booking is made only a few days before the stay, occasionally it is necessary to make an urgent payment.
Is it possible to stagger the payments?

How can I pay?
- By bank card: by internet or by contacting our Village booking service armed with your Dossier number
- By bank transfer: directly through the intermediary of your bank noting on the transaction commentary your customer reference, your surname
- By cheque or Holiday Cheque from the ANCV (for holiday cheques we advise you to send them by registered mail)
When do I have to pay the balance?
The balance for the stay must be settled 30 days before your arrival at the site.
When do I have to pay my deposit?
All bookings are accompanied by a 25% deposit of the total cost of the stay to which the possible cost of Cancellation Insurance is added.
Your payment must be with us no later than 7 days following receipt of your booking option.
Do I have to leave an security deposit?
We don’t ask a deposit. If the accomodotation isn’t clean when you leave, 90€ for the household you will be charged.
For a late departure, you may be billed for an extra day based on the price per night applying to that time.
What are the Reception opening times?
Reception is open from 9-00am to 7-00pm, but there is an emergency number you can use for problems outside of opening times.
July & August: 9-00am to 8-00pm
Up until what time can we arrive?
You must arrive before the Reception closing time, please let us know in the afternoon. We will leave your keys & map of the campsite on the reception door.
What are the arrival and departure times?
For the Rental properties
- Arrivals start from 5-00pm and the day of departure the property must be vacated by 9-00am.
- In the package framework “weekends and long weekends” 2 or 4 nights, the rental properties are available from 2-00pm and to be vacated on the day of departure before 6-00pm.
For the Camping Pitches
- Arrivals start from 1-00pm and departure must be completed before midday.
What do the travel documents contain?
- Description of your stay (category of Cottage, supplements, number of participants)
- General information (Address, map, itinerary and rules)
When will we receive the travel documents?
4 weeks before the start of your stay and after receipt of your balance payment.
Will we receive a booking voucher?
We will send you a booking voucher which you must hand in on arrival at Reception.
Be aware! Without this voucher you will not be admitted to the campsite.

Can we hire bikes?
Camping Yelloh Village L’Ocean Breton offers a bike hire service directly through the campsite at unbeatable prices and suited to families’ needs.
Do you have to pay to hire the tennis court?
Free, with loan of equipment (very good condition and quality)
Do you have to pay to use the Sauna?
Entry is free of charge.
Do you have to pay to use the Fitness Room?
Entry to the Fitness Room is free of charge.
Are there any sporting activities?
Aqua-aerobics, Muscle toning, sports tournaments: free of charge with organisers.
Water sport activities need to be paid for (preferential rates) and booking is done directly through the campsite!
Is there entertainment on the campsite?
Camping Yelloh Village L’Ocean Breton organises each day daytime and evening entertainment for young and old alike. (Tournaments, quizzes, karaoke, Shows….) There is something for everyone!
Are shorts allowed in the pool?
Swimming shorts are not permitted. Waterproof nappies are compulsory for children under the age of 2 years old.
Are the swimming pools heated?
The two pool (indoor and outdoor) are heated from the opening day to the closing day.
When do I get my security deposit back?
You will get your deposit back at the time you leave after a property check has been made.
You will be billed for the cleaning charge if the property is not left in a perfect state of cleanliness.
If you leave before Reception is open we will send you your deposit through the post.
Is the cleaning included?
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the Premium cottages.
For the other Cottages, a cleaning package starting at 90€ will be charged for if the property is not left in a perfect state of cleanliness.
You can book the Service Menage (Cleaning Service) at the time you book or on arrival at the site.
