Up to 10% off* a selection of 2027 stays, depending on accommodation and dates, for any booking made by 31 December 2026.

In 2027, take the key to the ocean and head for the banks of the ria. The wooded park, the salty air and the rhythm of the tides take care of the rest.

The key to serenity

9 April to 2 July

The estate wakes up and the Ster ria is yours. The paths and the Manoir’s grounds are still quiet, and the heated indoor pools are waiting for you.

For a getaway for two, or Brittany without the crowds.

3 July to 27 August

Last year’s friends, your usual corner of the estate, a team that knows you by name. The children head off to the water park while you unwind on the terrace.

28 August to 5 September

Elsewhere, it’s back to school. Here, summer lingers a few more days by the ria.

FAQ Early booking

How do I get Early booking?

The discount is applied automatically to any 2027 stay booked by 31 December 2026 inclusive.

How much is the discount?

Up to 10%. The rate varies with the period, availability and accommodation. You will see it when you book.

Is it valid all season?

For rentals, Early booking can apply throughout the season, from 9 April to 5 September 2027, depending on accommodation and dates. For pitches, the discount only applies outside peak season (before 3 July and from 28 August 2027).

Can it be combined with other offers?

No, Early booking cannot be combined with any other offer.

Can I have the same cottage as last year?

Yes, with the accommodation choice option, available at an extra cost when you book. Allocation follows the order of bookings.
