General information

Are minors welcome on the campsite?

Minors should be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Is your campsite accessible to disabled people?

Yes. Our sanitary block has toilets and a specific disabled shower. Communal areas such as the swimming pool and the bar are also accessible.
We have a Cottage 4 persons 2 bedrooms *** fully equipped & laid out for those with reduced mobility.

Can we pitch an additional tent next to our chalet or our mobile home?

Although the pitches are large enough for this, we can’t add an additional tent on the pitches for insurance reasons.

Does my baby count as a participatory person?

Yes babies are counted in the accommodation capacity. The maximum number of individuals in the cottage should not exceed the capacity shown in the accommodation description.
Example: We cannot welcome you in a holiday rental for 5 persons if your family comprises a total of 6 persons.
The booking service can also recommend the most adapted accommodation for you, according to the number of people.

How do we reach the campsite?

The Yelloh! Village L’Océan Breton campsite is located between Plobannalec and Lesconil, 5 km from Loctudy, 22 km from the Quimper airport and 28 km from the Quimper train station.

What are the arrival and departure days?

The campsite does not have fixed arrival and departure days, you can both arrive and leave every day of the week.
The minimum stay duration is 2 nights in a mobile home (7 nights in the July and August period).
For pitches, arrival and departure days are entirely flexible.

Booking

When should I receive the booking confirmation?

Any booking choice is registered from the time of receiving your call or Internet booking.
A confirmation of your choice is then sent to you by e-mail or mail within 48 hours.
You have 7 days to confirm the choice by sending us the 15% deposit.

How do you make a booking?

You can book your stay:
– on our Internet site by filling in the online booking form. The booking is quick and payment by bank card is secure.
– by telephone by calling our booking service on (00 33) (0)2 98 82 23 89.
In all cases we will ask for the following information from you:
surname, first name, each person’s date of birth, address, telephone number and dates of stay required. The booking becomes effective and binding after the camping village’s agreement and after receipt of a 15% deposit.

What is a pre-booking?

Book now, with no obligation, your favourite destination for next season, and benefit from promotional offers.
A definite confirmation will be sent in December with the current rates. You then have 10 days to modify or even cancel your booking, incurring no booking fee.
You will thus optimise your chances of going where you have actually decided to, without the risk of facing availability concerns.

Can I reserve a cot or a high chair?

We offer you both cot and high chair hire.
The hire of a baby kit should be specified at the time of booking.

Can I book and hire sheets?

We offer you the hire of sheets, pillowcases and towels.
The hire of such household linen should be specified at the time of booking.
Price: from €12/kit
For the 4 “flower” and Premium holiday rentals: sheets and towels are provided.

Are animals permitted?

Animals are not allowed in every holiday rental. However, please look at the holiday rental of your choice to see whether it specifies if pets are allowed or not.
We allow a pet of under 30 kg per accommodation unit, upon presentation on the day of arrival of an up-to-date vaccination booklet (dangerous dogs in French categories 1 and 2 are prohibited, as are exotic pets).
Dogs must be kept on a lead.

Are barbecues allowed?

Yes barbecues are allowed.
All of the holiday rentals offered by the Yelloh! Village Océan Breton are equipped with a charcoal barbecue.

Is there Wi-Fi on the campsite?

Wi-Fi is accessible for free at the bar, as well as in your accommodation as a paying service. Please make enquiries about this with our team.

Is there a television in the mobile homes?

TV is included in all of our accommodations.

Are there supermarkets/shops nearby?

We offer a small grocery store with all everyday products to make your holiday easier.
You will also find just one minute away a supermarket, a 24-hour petrol station and all local shops.

Prices

What costs are included in the overall price?

Our prices include your water, electricity and gas consumption, the parking of your vehicle (next to your accommodation), access to the swimming pools, fitness room, sauna, multi-sports ground, children’s playground, entertainment (unless otherwise stated: bingo, evening meals, sports activities subject to payment of a supplement).

What costs are not included in the total price?

Tourist tax (changes to the tourist tax total may occur during the season).
Supplements (baby kit, WiFi…)
Nautical activities, adventure park.

Should I pay tourist tax?

Yes, tourist tax is compulsory for anybody aged 18 or over.
Price €0.44/day/person aged 18 or over
Changes to the tourist tax total may occur during the season.

Payment

Has my payment been received?

If we have not received your payment, we will automatically send you a reminder. After receipt of the balance, we will send you a confirmation.

How can I pay for a last-minute stay?

If your booking is made less than 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay, the total amount of the stay is immediately due.
If the reservation occurs a few days before the stay, the total amount will have to be paid at the booking time, preferably with credit card.

Is it possible to spread out the payment.

The Yelloh! Village Océan Breton campsite offers you the opportunity to make payment by instalments. For further information, contact us by telephone on (00 33) (0)2 98 82 23 89.

How can I pay?

By credit card: by Internet or by contacting the camping village booking service with your reservation number,
By electronic transfer: directly through your bank by noting in the transaction commentary your customer reference and your surname, or
By cheque or ANCV holiday vouchers (for holiday vouchers we advise sending payment by registered post).

When should I pay the balance?

The balance for your stay should be paid 30 days before your arrival at the campsite.

When should I pay the deposit?

All bookings should be accompanied by a deposit of 15% of the total amount for the stay, to which are added the potential costs of cancellation insurance.
It is crucial that your payment reaches us within 7 days following our receipt of your booking choice.

Your arrival

Is it necessary to leave a deposit?

We do not ask for a deposit. If the holiday rental is not left in an entirely clean condition when you leave, a cleaning package costing €90 will be invoiced to you.
For all late departures, you will be invoiced for an additional day at the rate applicable at the time for the given night.

What are the reception opening hours on the campsite?

The campsite’s reception is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., but there is an emergency number for any requirements outside of these opening hours.

Up until what time can we arrive?

If you arrive after the campsite reception closing time, please let us know, and we will then leave your keys and a plan of the campsite on the reception door.

What are the arrival and departure times?

For holiday rentals:
Arrivals start from 5 p.m. and on the day you leave the accommodation should be vacated by 10 a.m.
For ”weekend and extra days off” packages (also applicable around bank holidays) for 2, 3 or 4 nights, holiday rentals are available from 2 p.m. and should be vacated on the day of departure by 6 p.m.
For pitches:
Arrivals start from 1 p.m. and on the day of departure you should leave before midday.

Can we hire bikes?

The Yelloh! Village Océan Breton campsite offers you bicycle hire, right on the campsite at unbeatable prices and adapted for families.

Do you have to pay for the sauna?

No – access to the sauna is completely free. You can reserve a slot at the reception desk.

Do you have to pay for the fitness room?

No – access to the fitness room is completely free. You can reserve a slot at the reception desk.

Are there sports activities?

Aquaerobics, muscle stretching, sports tournaments: all free and complete with activity leaders.
Nautical activities require a payment (at a preferential rate for holidaymakers) and booking takes place on the campsite!

Is there entertainment on the campsite?

Every day, the Yelloh! Village Océan Breton campsite organises entertainment both during the day and the evening for young and adults alike (tournaments, quizzes, karaoke, shows…). There is something for everyone!

Are shorts permitted in the swimming pool?

Swimming shorts are prohibited. Disposable nappies are compulsory for children under 2.

Are the swimming pools heated?

The 2 pools (indoor and outdoor) are heated from the beginning until the end of the season.

Your departure

Is cleaning included?

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the Premium cottages.
For the other cottages a cleaning package starting at €90 will be invoiced to you, if the holiday rental is not left in an entirely clean condition.
You can book the end-of-stay cleaning service at the time of your booking or at the time of your arrival.
